We love working out nude when we can, so most of our home workouts are nude. Squats lunges and standing exercises are amazing without clothes. Especially things like overhead presses in front of a mirror, it is great to see your muscles at work when lifting. One of the few things that neither of us enjoy nude is push-ups, the feeling of your hanging parts hitting the floor is a pass from us.

As for the pushups - try using a yoga mat or a beach towel.
Yes I love exercising nude! And doing push ups for me was exciting however after two knee replacements i have a very hard time getting down on the floor or getting up so I do counter push ups. Along with other exercises on my bowflex. Plus walking and my farm work keep me motivated!
